2 Field Research Assistants

 Field workers to work relatively independently to help study the eco-hydrology and succession of perched fen-marsh complexes and maintain long term research sties. This position will require 10 days on/4 days off shifts, with working days divided between a camp and Edmonton.


PhD Assistant

Assisting a PhD student examining the interactions of adjacent forest vegetation and ephemeral draws, and the overall eco-hydrological role of these systems in the landscape. This position will require 10 days on/4 days off shifts, with working days divided between a camp and Edmonton.

Assisting a PhD student examining water table fluctuations (drying frequency), and characterizing the DOC of shallow pond wetland water relative to peatland and forest upland connectivity. This position will require 10 days on/4 days off shifts, with working days divided between a camp and Edmonton.
